PROJECT:

South & Home has been contracted by the Lodge at Kukuiula to redesign furniture, finish and equipment packages for the Kukuiula Club Cottages, a collection of 2 and 3 bedroom homes within the club core. The packages will feature both luxury transitional and contemporary designs, and will include elite upgrades available to homeowners. South & Home will be specifying new paint colors, light fixtures, hardware, window treatments, furniture, art and decor, and homeowners will have the option to add on other upgrades.

 

When it comes time to install each Kukuiula Club Cottage, South & Home will project manage all subcontractors including, but not limited to, floor refinishers, carpenters, painters, tile setters, countertop installers, window treatment installers, electricians, plumbers, and movers. The goal is to begin delivering the first Kukuiula Club Cottage packages by the summer of 2025.
