PROJECT:

The Lodge at Kukuiula contracted South & Home to redesign furniture, finish and equipment (FF&E) packages to begin with the Kukuiula Club Cottages, a collection of 2 and 3 bedroom homes within the club core neighborhood. The first installation of a Kukuiula Club Cottages FF&E package occurred in November 2025, and the pre-designed packages will remain available to owners through the Summer of 2026. 

 

Aside from the Kukuiula Club Cottages, South & Home continues to assist homeowners within neighborhoods throughout Kukuiula, including but not limited to two other club core neighborhoods, the Kukuiula Club Bungalows and the Kukuiula Club Villas.

 

Currently available through the Summer of 2026, the Club Cottage FF&E packages feature both luxury transitional and contemporary designs, and include elite upgrades available to homeowners. South & Home has specified new paint colors, light fixtures, hardware, window treatments, furniture, art and decor, and all Kukuiula Lodge Program homeowners have the option to add on other upgrades, such as kitchen and bathroom finish selections and remodels. 

 

South & Home project manages all subcontractors including, but not limited to, floor refinishers, carpenters, painters, tile setters, countertop installers, window treatment installers, electricians, plumbers, and movers.
